From body language cues and the quality and tone of questions, it was clear from the start of the interview and throughout the process that I was not being held in genuine consideration. I presume they had preselected someone in mind before interviewing me. Disappointing to waste my time only to be notified weeks later.

The questions are very structured and not relevant to job. There is not much opportunity to share experience until the very end. It's not a conversation but the panel seemed nice

Interview is straight forward. They provide a few documents to consider before your interview. One may be around the mission of the organization and the other about the STAR technique. Stick to the STAR technique during interview.
Hiring process can take awhile due to security clearance.
