I know that I did not have an ordinary interview process when I was going through the process for Denver Mattress. I had a phone interview, than an in-person interview with the District Manager. The longest process would be meeting with the Assist-Manager, Store Manager, then the District Manager. The interviews are usually long and pretty personal, so be aware of that. Most important, be as honest as you can be.
Weirdest Interview Ever. Asked a bunch of personal questions that don’t feel relevant to the position. That said, it was the easiest interview of my life. Two rounds of interviews.

They reached out in a prompt manner and offered time and location. They laid out the job details and expectations in a easily understandable manner and culture in the workplace
So far great communication in the interview process, all info has been relayed clearly and quickly. Apply for the job was incredibly easy as well , great environment and very wonderful training process
