Very easy and straight forward. Not too many levels of interviewing. Quick at giving the offer. Very flexible. But the job itself is very exhausting. No lunch break for doctors. Very high turnover. Not a good option for long term

It was just like any other dental office interview but being a corporate, it was more systemized and organized. Basically be ready with a good resume and skill set to show.

Interview
Very informal. The recruiter speaks to you first. Then they set up a video interview with someone in the company. If you’re able to speak, they will usually give you a job offer
