Applied online. Submitted application, resume and cover letter. Received a call for on-site interview within a week. Relaxed company, mother interviewers in jeans. Company culture seemed relaxed and as was the interview. Nothing too difficult mainly situational questions. I was asked to come back for a second interview but never called back.
Was asked to come back for a second interview and given material to learn. One of the founders added me on LinkedIn, but never got a call back. I sent a thank you card with “look forward to hearing back soon” and 2 days later got an email saying experience wasn’t a match. Definitely caught off guard especially since I was offered a second interview during the initial interview because it seemed to go really well I was just waiting for scheduling because they did say the founders of the company always interview candor and I was given direct information to study which I had, but oh well looks like I wasn’t a good fit. Good luck the company definitely seems like a great place to be apart of.
Received several pages of questions for their senior pm position. After several hours of work. They sent me an email that my experience was not a good fit. They didn't read my resume. Don't bother they don't respect your time.
