Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee interview questions

The interview process was fairly straightforward and standard for a director-level position. There was an initial phone screen followed by a panel interview, a four-hour written assessment, and a final interview.

A pretty efficient, concise and informative process overall. Each employee throughout the process was very friendly and knowledgeable on the organization and what is expected from team members, along with communicating the position’s responsibilities.
