I applied for the position online. Recruiter set up an interview. The recruiter was friendly and asked a few questions about my background. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager.

Phone call with recruiter, then face-to-face meeting with manager.
HR called me just after to say they wanted me.
A few tests (personality + IQ type), review of the contract, and all done

I got a skype meeting with 8-10 managers and directors. They asked me about my experience. Everything was ok. After a couple of days I received my offer letter. It was a lot of papers to sign off.
