Interview
One round virtual interview with a senior team member. The session was less of a two way conversation and more of a one sided lecture. The interviewer mentioned he would not wait for a candidate to answer for 10 minutes, in fact i didnt actually took 3 minutes yet he spent a significant portion of the call speaking over the candidate without pause.
Very little space was given to actually respond or demonstrate relevant experience. Felt condescending and unwelcoming, particularly toward a candidate from a non-native background.
