Was reached out by the Recruiter to apply. Application was accepted and was told the next level would be to do a video interview. Recruiter was nice but seemed overwhelmed. Lacked communication and timely follow through. This was a salaried role with 100+ applicants. I was grateful to even be chosen for the video!
