      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Flushing, NY) in May 2015

      Interview

I applied online for the position back in February of 2015. I received a phone call March 1st and was approached to participate in an phone interview. Everything went well and I was informed that I would hear from my own personal recruiter at a later date to follow up with an in person group interview. Due to an accident with the airline company and their own investigation.. The interview process was put on hold for about 2 months. The group interview itself was a positive experience. We were given free merchandise with the company's logo and were sent to sit in a conference room. With a group of 8 other candidates we were met with current agents and representatives of the company who told us nothing but great things of what to expect and what not to expect. A slideshow of over 3 videos were on hand to give us more of an in depth look at the company's legacy and what was meant for us to achieve if a job offer was given. After the group interview we were then sent down to the hiring office to have one on one interviews with the hiring team. All questions in the one on one session had to be answered in a 5 point response.
