I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2023
Interview
It was actually quite fun. I would do it again in a heartbeat. It was refreshing to see so many people in one room that were clearly the crème de la crème, just from the way they dressed and spoke and shook hands. There were people from the military background, business people, medical workers and of course people who were already flight attendants. The process took about 4 hours, there were only two rotating groups and not three. The first group went to the 1-1 interview while the second did the activity The activity was to come up with the list of 10 most pressing airport issues from a list of like 40. We were given 15 minutes but then about 10 min in, the instructor added on some more items into the pile and we had to re-pivot. At the end they asked each member who they think they thought they did and what their biggest contribution was At the 1-1, they asked only 2 questions and then the interviewer presented to be an upset customer not wanting to check in their oversized luggage and they saw how we would handle it What really confused me was, the two questions they asked were extremely similar and I couldn’t use the same answer twice so I had to improvise
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Describe a situation where you had a disagreement with a coworker and how you handled it 2. Describe a situation where a coworker refused to do their job and how you handled it
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
