Very straight forward, to the point. No beating around the bush, and were very interested in gauging your abilities to be able to perform in the conditions required by the operation and company.

Applied for LGA, about a week later did the video interview, than another week later did the f2f at the marine air terminal. You go in, they do a presentation and Q&A''s while they call people to interview. It was very easy and I was asked 5 questions. They gave you 48 hours to do the drug test and agility test and background check took about 2 weeks.

It went well the interview process was easy and quick.. they will send you a follow up email letting you know that you’re invited to the second part of the interview.. which is basically telling them about yourself
