I had a phone interview that asked various questions about how I would handle certain situations, for instance how I handle stress, how I work with difficult customers, etc.. They said I did great and were ready to schedule me for an in-person interview, but then came back and said all slots were full, that they would call me later. I followed up several times but have never been scheduled.
