I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Jul 2022
Interview
Apply online, initial personality assessment, virtual job assessment, then a Skype type interview with a current flight attendant, then the F2F in Atlanta. Each next step depends on you passing the previous step.

Question 1
The questions are already listed on Glassdoor.
Connecting with the FA in the one on one portion during the F2F is huge. I didn’t. I knew the day wouldn’t end with an offer.
One person showed up in a colored sleeveless dress, so she didn’t follow the what to wear instructions, and her parent is a current FA over 30 years. She started conversations saying that and visited all of the FAs. I’m guessing she was selected, I left before so not sure.
Some people talked over others, were really talkative and animated, they didn’t seem like a good choice and were cut.
They tell you to visit all the FAs but it’s weird to all run and try to be seen, it’s rude to interrupt but people do anyway. It’s kind of like stepping on peoples backs to give yourself a step up in the process.
The cart set up exercise is weird. Not sure what that is supposed to show. Everyone works together so it seemed equally involved.
Had around 50 people there. Not sure how many got an offer. I was told 4 got a CJO in the morning session.
Seemed like a popularity session in a way.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
