I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2015
Interview
Everything shared on Glassdoor was 100% correct. I interviewed 2/2015 in ATL. Wear navy blue suit (I didn't and every female they kept wore navy blue skirt suit. Mine was charcoal grey). Work the room but make sure not to say anything negative about anything. Smile the whole time. With the 2-on-1 interview portion, DEFINITELY know STAR method. One is FA who is a recruiter, the other "HR Recruiter" is a Behavioral Analyst (found out after interview from insider w/DL). Don't fake an answer, make sure you are prepared and draw from actual experiences. They will be able to tell if you are being untruthful! Make sure at all times with all people that you are friendly but make sure not to get too comfortable, be confident but still humble, make sure you are not too confident or cocky. Make eye contact when speaking with someone. They did not hire anyone out of my group who was over 40 yrs old or even a tiny bit "fluffy" or over-weight!
Interview questions [5]
Question 1
Tell us about a time when you had a conflict with a manager or supervisor.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
