Interview
Ok so applied to the postion on a monday process took 6 days to get a response email back. After you fill out the application you will be asked to do a survery agree disagree be honest and think about each question before you answer. After I completed Survey about 5 days later did a video interview. Then was contacted for a phone interview about 4 days later. You must have a active passport.
After phone interview about a week was contacted for a face to face in that process I reported to the 12:30pm slot. Came in a room with about 40 flight attendants pass and present and you will be in a group with about 50 others that will get interviewed. Make sure you smile work the room meeting as many flight attendants as possible. Dress professional black, blue suit woul be best. Hair tied back in a bun or ponytail.
You will be seperated in groups where yall meet other canidates youll be asked where your from what language you speak and what do you currently do. Afterwards youll meet and greet again then get ready for your one on one interview dont be nervous just be yourself. And answer questions using star method. Situation, Task, Action, results you can google or youtube this method for more help.

Give an example when you went above and beyond to satisfy a the need of a customer. What was the situation, what action did you take what was the results?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

I completed my assessment last week, and within the same day of completion, I received a email for the on demand virtual interview. I have the on remand virtual interview to complete. Any tips? What questions did they ask?
