December 2014 f2f interview. Couldn't tell you for the life of me what that are looking for. They hired 7 people total out of 70. Half, fresh out of college- all women. There were many current/past FA's, Delta past/current employees, and bilinguals, none of which were hired. One girl had on orange eye shadow and another had a unprofessional ear piercing. This group didn't put themselves out there (in their knowledge on the company, questions asked, and overall friendliness), they were very quiet and soft spoken except for one that was basically screaming the whole time. The older women they hired came across as polished and calm, the younger women couldn't have been bothered in small talk with the other candidates. They all wore Delta colors. The hiring FA's tell you over and over how small you are and even went as far as getting on the floor on all fours (several times) to tell us "this is how we will be" They were either cheesy or stuck up, a couple of down to earth people. Everything you read on the forums about what to expect and the interview questions is true. 6 questions in total the same they asked in the video interview. They will tell you when you are there it's nothing like the forums but they are just trying to throw you off. Know the current news on Delta, their aircraft and the culture as these are the only questions they ask over and over in different formats on the sidelines and in group chats. Remember the "interviewer's" names as they will ask you who you just spoke/interviewed with. Seniority is based on age and time with the company. So even if you have been there longer than someone older then you, they will be 'over' you. They ask for your school transcripts, passport, ssn.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
