Interview
So i filled out an application on March 22, 2014. I did the phone interview the same day. I was told that I did very well on the phone interview and a senior recruiter would be calling me to set up a face to face interview. I got a call friday and i set up an interview for that Monday at 10 o'clock. When I got to the interview there where about 4 people including my self waiting in a hall way, 3 girls and one guy. A women came out of the office and told us to take our applications and id's out. We were put in a room for about 2 minutes and them she called my name, I was the first to be called. She started off by telling me that the job would be very stressful an that I would have to work in the elements, she asked me if i was ok with that and i said thats fine ( i would think that every one would know what they are getting them selves into when applying for this job lol any way, she asked me to name a time where I had to make a split decision, what is the most attractive thing about being a baggage handler (don't mention the flight benefits !!!!!) what I do on my spare time, what my major was ( not that in mattered, i think she just like me) and also how I would be representing the company in a good way even though i would be seeing the passengers that often.... oh yeah! and how much I could lift. After we were done she checked the box on the application that said "recommended" I was so excitedI! she also asked me if i would be able to do the training since I was still in school I told her yes, she asked me if I wanted a late training date because of school I told her yes and thank you she said is April 28th ok? I said perfect. I went in the next room to fill out about 50 sheets of paper work!! ugh worst part. After that I had to go to the background check guy just to go over my history of the past 15 years of my life. After that I did my fingerprints, after finger prints I did the agility test. While filling out the papers I got a voucher to go to the JFK medport for a drug test and a hearing test, I went that night. Tomorrow will make two weeks that I haven't heard from them, but everyone is saying that there going to call as long as you pass the drug test and haven't killed any one lol. Over all the experience was a great one and i hope they finally call me.

Interview
It was an over the phone interview process which lasted roughly 15 - 20 minutes. I believe I was asked about 5 questions from the interviewer. The questions ranged from if I was still interested in the position I applied to can I deal with the weather changes due to being outside.

Question 1
Are you still interested in the position? Can you handle 75 lbs.
The interview process was fairly straight forward as I had a recommendation from someone currently on the team. One of the two people in charge of conducting interviews was somewhat "lax" in his mannerisms and seemed as though he would've hired anyone (it was a mostly manual labor position) barring some significant red flags.

Question 1
What makes you want to work for Delta?
When can you start?
