I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines in Mar 2014
Interview
I applied online. First step was the personality test, which I passed. They then ask you to fill out the application online with your resume and work/personal history. I received an email saying I was going on to a phone interview. I had 2, first one had the same 4 STAR method questions mentioned in the other reviews. I then got an email saying the next step was an interview to test my French (applied for French speaking FA position) I had to enter my phone number on page linked in the email and click on call me. My phone rang right away and there I got 3 questions I recorded my answers (like a voicemail). The questions were: if you didn't have to work, what would you do? Where would you like to travel next? I can't remember the last one.. These weren't hard and not behavioral interview questions. I then got a call the next day inviting me to the face to face interview and that is where I'm at right now.

Question 1
Describe 2 situations where someone was being dishonest or unfair
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
