I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines
Interview
I submitted my application on-line Sept 6 2917. I would recommend submitting a resume in pdf format with a preceeding cover letter as only a single uploaded document will be allowed. Immediately following submission of my application (which included answering some simple short questions) I received a link to complete an on-line "assessment" which took about 35-40 minutes. 9/15 I received a "reminder" invitation to complete a skype interivew. Careful! This invitation will come from a "HireVue" e-mail address so be on the lookout for it. (I must have missed my original Skype Video Invite). I completed the video interview on 9/19. Then on 9/25 I received an e-mail invitation to schedule a phone interview within two days. I was given several time slots to choose from and will do this two days from today!
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
