It was two on-line interviews. they were both behavioral. Easy to answer questions. Nothing too technical. I would recommend applying to work here. The interviewers were very easy going as well.

Very laid back interview. Super simple, just to get to know you questions. Two people interviewed me and they basically just looked over my resume and asked questions about what I had on it
Started with the application process. Then a phone call with. After that, you will get a scheduled interview with Dell, most likely over zoom with employees that have been with the company for 15-20 years
