Interview
The selection process consists of three rounds. The first two rounds are technical, focusing on an in-depth assessment of skills. The third round is an HR interview, which also includes the Manager. The primary emphasis is on the technical rounds, where skills are thoroughly evaluated.

STRAIGHT FORWARD 1X1 WITH PROJECT LEAD AND MANAGER. WAS ON APJ TIME HOURS
Discussion includes:
Overview of your resume.
Role expectations and alignment.
Salary expectations and notice period.
Your motivation for joining Dell.
Basic behavioral questions (e.g., strengths, team experience).

Interview
4 different interviews with relevant stakeholders - took around a month from start to completion. I was qualified so I didn’t find these to be challenging, just needed to be able to bring examples of experience to the table
