I applied online, the day after I received a call from their recruiter which explained me about the position and asked about my background and experience, during our talk before we even finished our conversation i got the rejection email says that they won't further consider my application, after that recruiter told me that she will pass my information to the hiring manager, very unprofessional , STAY AWAY GUYS!!!

Informal interview process with limited technical information needed. Interpersonal skills were the primary focus. Product development and systems experience were not explored as much as one would have expected.
