Process of hiring is very good, I was surprise to get an opportunity from dell to attend interview, i i have attended three rounds to complete my interview process, after my first round i attended second round in next week.

The interviewers were very thoughtful and asked a lot of good questions. They got back to me within just a few hours and offered me a position, to which I accepted the next day. The HR recruiter was rather pushy throughout the process and wanted me to make a decision right away. Two days after accepting their offer, they called me back and said that they just got word of some internal restructuring and the position was no longer available. That was interesting given how urgently they needed someone for the position. My advice is to be really careful when switching jobs, especially when dealing with large companies like Dell.
