First of all there was a quick phone call, very much like a chat. He asked what I knew about Deliveroo, etc. The line was quite bad so it kept cutting out which was a bit frustrating. I was called for a second interview, I came quite a long distance for it after work. The interview was in the lobby area where different people passed through which was very distracting. I had made the effort to come for an interview, the least you expect is to have a room to interview in. The management seemed quite awkward in person, I can't put my finger on it. I didn't hear anything back from them after a week and I emailed for follow-up to no reply. I'd never interviewed for a company which showed such poor professionalism. It seemed very badly put together.
