The selection process took nearly a month. A phone interview, then 2 face to face interviews, and finally an assessment day for the 10 final candidates. At assessment day, the candidate is interviewed together with another candidate from around 5 Delhaize managers. The interviews had a rotation character, so by the end of the day you have been interviewed about 5 times, by different persons. Overall good experience, but taugh!
