I found the job on Linkedin and I applied by sending an email with my CV and a short motivation letter. Then I received an invitation for an interview 2 weeks later.

Interview
Document submission of CV and motivation letter, also names of people who are willing to give references. After document screening, the interview processes start. First interview is to make a presentation of a relevant research experience.

How did you go through your research experience?
(not exactly the question, but the questions were asked towards getting this information)
Application submission - invitation for 1st round interview - writing a report -2nd round interview. The whole processes took around 2.5 months (including Christmas break). After a first screening, I received the invitation for the 1st round interview. Asked to pick a time slot before christmas. After 1st round, I was asked to write a report related to the project.
