I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Delbert Services (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
Was a group interview. Very easy. Went to temp agency. Through them was set up with. Interview with company. The environment was cool. They make you feel like this is a nice Company until you are hired. After that the gloves are off. There is not time for family. Do not care if you are sick or not. I have witness a few coworkers taken out by medical personal and fired the same day. Las Vegas is a right to work state.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Delbert Services in Sept 2013
Interview
Submitted resume on a Wednesday night, received an email from a recruiter on Thursday, recruiter called me back on a Saturday to setup an interview for the upcoming week. Upon arriving to interview you notice that you are entering Cash Call, which the entire company name is now considered Delbert Services. You will have to take a multiple choice FDCPA test and you will have to have a COMPLETED application. You will then take a computerized personality based test which is only 3 questions. The last question asks you to describe yourself in a written essay. After spending about a good hour and half or so waiting to be interviewed while testing you finally get to the interview. I believe it takes you so long because depending on how many people are there, they schedule several interviews at the same time. General questions were asked and my advice, know how to keep a poker face when wild questions are randomly thrown at you!
