I interviewed at Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission
Interview
Good interview, with an exercise to take home. Thoughtful questions, and it was interesting to discuss the exercise and get feedback on the fly. Really useful, and quick process; no second interviews or waiting around to hear back forever!

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission
Interview
typical remote interview with 3 panelists. approximately 45 minutes- 1 hour. I felt good with two panelists, but the third really made herself seem better than me even though I was applying or an entry position. She even let out a loud sigh of relief at the end before signing off. I thought it was rude and it made me feel like an idiot. After being declined an offer, I followed up looking for feedback on what was positive/negative highlights from the interview. I was ignored.
