Delaware County Intermediate Unit IT Manager interview questions

Team of 3 asks questions in regards IT. The interview was more of a test of knowledge of IT. Seems the team was more about the answers then experience you have. Multiple interviews required. I assume technical. I was told by top leader I would get a phone call to tell me if I was going to proceed with next rounds, so I wouldn't be sitting around waiting on a call. However, no call or email. Nothing in regards to the postion being filled.
