I applied online. I interviewed at Delaware Claims Processing Facility
Interview
It was a bit long. I was taken into a conference room and asked the typical questions. The lady who interviewed me was nice. The vibe wasn't bad. Be ready to ask some questions of your own. They ask.
After the interview, they take you to a room to take a test. One part is analytical and the other is reading comprehension. They don't care about the timing but the score. You need to pass both by a certain percent.
They inform you by letter if you pass or not.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Delaware Claims Processing Facility (Wilmington, DE) in May 2023
Interview
I applied through Indeed, and a couple days later I was contacted by a woman from the HR department about a phone screening, which happened the next day. About a week after that, I came to the Wilmington office for an interview, where I met with the same woman from HR, and another employee who handles training. During this interview, they asked me some questions about my background and gave me more details about the job. Later that week, I was sent an analytical and reading comprehension assessment, which took about an hour. The day after completing this, they contacted me with an offer.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delaware Claims Processing Facility (Wilmington, DE) in Sept 2022
Interview
Interviewed in September 2022. Interview was a straightforward, one-round process. Mostly small talk just to see if you can gel with others and can be dedicated to working and consistently improving your production.
