I saw an ad on the University of Southern California job board. I submitted my application via email. I was selected for an interview and invited to meet the executive producer and post production manager. I waited briefly in the lobby, and was interviewed in a conference room. I was offered a beverage while I waited. I was asked a few simple questions, about my life, my goals, my aspirations. We then discussed salary expectations. I was thanked and sent on my way. They contacted me shortly after to let me know they had chosen a different candidate.
