Degree Controls Embedded Software Engineer interview questions

The first interview was a phone interview. He asked a lot of technical questions and not much about my experience or my resume. I answered some of the technical questions correctly, and the interviewer accused me of looking up answers. He was being condescending and disrespectful. If you want to hire great people, be a great person first.
