Two 15s and a 14 interviewed me, asking a set series of questions. At the end they rated all interviewees from 1 to 40, and averaged them. I had a 37 having nailed all the questions except the last one.

Easy, pre screen then one with hiring manager. all done via phone call. First asked me about my background, and then discussed what I will be doing on the team. Came in a little blindsided because nothing actually matched what the job description had. But overall, smooth experience
