Telephone interview with a board of management. Very easy. This was 4 years ago though. It may be different now. They just asked basic questions like "what are your skills, experience, etc." They were very easy to interview with. I did not feel nervous at all.

Situational Questions. There were 6 people on the phone, they each asked a question off a list. There were 9 questions on the sheet. I asked one question. Received a tentative offer.
