Very simple phone interview. Typically 5-7 questions that are situational base! On two of my interviews, I was provided with the list of questions an hour before the interview so I could prepare.

Phone interviewed by two managers: one is division director, the other is office coordinator. The questions were all behavioral. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and went smoothly.
