Came through a recruiting firm where I met with them first. Which was honestly a waste of time. Interviewed one time by two individuals, manager and a senior analyst and asked basic IT questions and my overall goals that I wanted to achieve. They pay for certs, so definitely a place for people just starting off and will also do some tuition reimbursement
