Initial call with recruiter, follow up interview with manager. Had a lab tour and met various people whilst on route. Questions asked were job related and technical in nature. They work shifts and have every other Friday off.

Change Management practices but the person asking is not skilled in that area? Why is the project employing external consultants when Dechra have so many excellent permanent staff.
