      Application

It was relatively easy and straightforward. With the interviewers trying to genuinely get to know you and why you could have potential in this role. The interview Was completely done virtually.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DebtBook in Sept 2024

      Interview

The interview process missed the mark for me. For starters, the recruiter was a few minutes late to the call. Throughout the call, there were times where the recruiter asked if I would be interested in other positions, later on stating that she "would talk to a few different people to see how we should proceed". She asked me if I was interviewing with other companies, and I was very clear in that I was currently interviewing with a few companies but very much interested in this position. A week went by before I heard anything else, which was a request to talk on the phone about "other new opportunities". Thankfully, I received an offer elsewhere, though the recruiter never replied to me after withdrawing.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at DebtBook (Charlotte, NC) in Jun 2023

      Interview

Not sure if they've changed this, but my interview involved a mock cold call with the Manager of the Sales team. It wasn't difficult, but they want to see that you did your homework and that you can overcome objection.

      Question 1

Sales involves a lot of no's and rejection, how do you handle that.
