I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dearborn Electronics (Longwood, FL) in Apr 2018
Interview
They interviewed me three times within a two month period. The first interview was a one on one casual interview, and the second one was with a panel of 5 members. They gave me an assessment to do with many technical problems to solve, and they later reviewed it with me in another interview.
After all the interviews, they offered me a salary of $35,000.
I did not accept the offer and posed a counter offer which they did not even reflect on. They later said that they could not accept the offer, but a week later they called me again to have the CEO talk to me. The CEO did not even talk about the salary. Instead, he talked about general interview stuff, and he later closed the deal.
You will not get a high salary with this company, and the benefits are basically non existant. Don't waste your time here.

Interview
I was contacted about 2 months after I originally submitted my online application through a job posting website. First interview was a phone interview between myself and two representatives from the company, during which they suggested a different, yet comprable position within the company for which I was a better fit and ended up being the position I was hired for. Second interview was in person, for which I had to travel to the company's main office, and was between myself and two company executives.

Question 1
As I was describing my experience on my High School football team, I mentioned I didn't have many close friends on the team, to which they asked me why. This caught me off gaurd as I wasn't sure what the best answer would be, and I also never really thought about it before.
