DealerCMO interview questions

As sporadic of an interview as you could imagine. The recruiter at first mixed me up with another applicant and confused scores on a test they sent out. Lack of follow up was over a week with nothing. They would text to set up a call and then not show up for their own scheduled calls on numerous occasions.

Start off with the generic interview with the HR recruiter and then goes to a very weird panel interview. Of the five people on the panel interview three of which look like they had no idea why they were there. Very generic Googled type interview questions. They were late to the meeting and looked very unprepared when they arrived.
