I applied online. I interviewed at DealDash in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process was quite an experience! It started with a simple interview between the manager and me talking about the usual interview questions. Why did I want this job? Why did I feel like I was a good fit? etc. Then I was given some questions to answer that showed my capability to solve problems, judge my writing and math skills, as well as see my character when responding to certain situations. After this, there were a few more interviews with other members of the DealDash team that helped me learn more about the team as well as let them learn who I am! These interviews were a series of questions that went over prior interviews, my resume, and reiterating questions that were used before to make sure that I was talking honestly in the previous interviews. Overall, this was a great experience that was very useful for the way I can approach interviews in the future.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They provided example situations that I could run into while working there and asked me to respond to them to the best of my ability.
After submitting my application, I was tasked with answering a set of questions and participating in a 15-minute interview. Following successful completion, I received additional questions aimed at ensuring I could deliver exceptional service. Upon successfully navigating that phase, I progressed to the next stage, which involved a one-hour interview with both the HR representative and another colleague.

Question 1
They asked many questions, a lot of them being tailored to me and my application specifically. One of them was what is something you have done well that makes you feel fulfilled. I enjoyed answering this and sharing that sense of fulfillment with the interviewees, as it reinforced that they were looking to get to know me as a person as well.
