I applied online. I interviewed at De Martini & Yi (Mineola, NY)
Interview
It was unorganized and a complete waste of time. Interviewer didn't even seem to care about going through the process to look for the right candidate, he already made up his mind prior to the interview. During the interview he was concerned about having to pay my salary based on my experience and continued throughout the interview asking about increasing responsibilities without compensation. When asked for more clarification on the role he couldn't answer on what he wanted, instead he said he wanted to change the duties and roles to something else other than what was posted. From then on it became obvious to me he was concerned with bottom line figures and pulling a bait and switch.

Very simple and straight to the point.
Ask questions about work experience as well as computer skills.
It was in their conference room so it may seem a bit intimidating but overall the setting was very personal and easygoing.
