The managing director was very pleasant. He asked situatonal questions that allow him to see how you would respond in some situations. He is very understanding it's the other directors that suck.

Interview
The interview was scheduled will little preparation requested. It was a 1:1 meeting and reviewed qualifications for the position I applied for. The Interviewer was thorough, patient & knowledgable. He presented information about the agency's past, present and future changes for improving services. I learned they provide many forms of rehabilitation for their residents such as ropes courses, physical activity, trust building, creative arts etc. I was very interested in the position & have been trying to get another opportunity for employment there. Unfortunately, with follow up I received no responses.
