Davidson Capital Advisors interview questions

The interview process was not like typical IB interviews. You will speak with a couple of current or past analysts who will ask you the basic technical questions to confirm that you know the basics. Other than that most of the interview process is based on the types of questions you ask and whether or not you can hold a conversation. Just be confident and speak clearly and you will do great.

The whole process was pretty drawn out and disorganized. They seem like nice enough people and they are friendly enough. Everything was pretty standard for an IB internship interview. They just brought me in and had me speak a bit about myself, my background and my interest in the IB.
