I was brought in initially for what I was told would be an in person interview. Instead, they had me fill out a competency exam and a very strange personality assessment and told me that I "might" be speaking to someone. I did end up having a brief conversation with one of the associates.
The second interview is when it got even more bizarre. I met with the CEO, John Davidoff, and we had a conversation that was mostly candid and about my personality and not very much about the position. He then told me that I would need to complete a year-long unpaid course through the Wright "Foundation" to even be considered a full time employee. He asked me to do a weekend long workshop through the foundation before even giving me a job offer. The Wright Foundation is WIDELY recognized as very cult-like. My advice is to stay far away from this place. Do your research.
