I guess it depends on the person who is interviewing you, but my experience was not too hard. This was one of the easier interviews I have had. After submitting my application the hiring manager reached out to me and I answered some questions on the phone (basic questions about skills and experiences). Then I was asked to scheduled an in person interview where I was asked more about my availability as well as more questions regarding retail experiences and making a bride feel welcome at DB, etc.

Was called and interviewed on the spot. They asked me what I would do in school projects. How I was in group settings? What makes me a good team member?

Interview
It was very quick, and not very private. It was based on about 10 questions and then concluded. The questions asked were standard questions, but I could immediately tell that management did not want to hire me.
