Applied online through indeed and I was contacted by the assistant manager about a week later and asked to come in a couple of days later for an interview. The initial interview was in a "group" setting, although only two of us showed up. The entire interview experience was very positive and relaxed as we were both asked to answer the same questions one after the other and told about the position. That same evening I was contacted by the assistant manager from the interview and asked for three of my references and to schedule a second interview with the Manager of the store. The second "interview" was less of an interview more like a "get to know you" with the manager and again going over the position in more detail and within 15 minutes I was offered the position!
