First an over the phone interview to get a feel for who you are, then in person interview with the manager for more job specific questions. I got an offer on the spot and they gave me 3 days to accept the offer. First when I walked in, one of the managers was dealing with another employee who hadn’t been paid in a month, then when I got back with the manager, she left the room for 45 minutes and I was left alone. When she got back, someone knocked on the door 2 minutes later and the two managers started bad mouthing (with serious attitude) about the employee I saw walking in. They did this for 10 minutes, and I finally ask if I should step out, but she told me no.

I got a call from the company pretty fast after I sent in my application, I had an interview with the sales manager and then the next day I went in again with the store manager.
