David Lloyd Clubs interview questions

Interviewed with a group of 12 people, they started the interview with a tell me about yourself question. Then the managers did a presentation on David Lloyd and gave us group tasks to do. After this interview, they will invite some people to do a second round interview.

Was asked in for a recruitment day, there was over 50 people there going for 2 jobs. They brought us into a room where we had to sit on toddler chairs! And there weren’t enough tables or chairs for everyone so then the 2 David loyd employees had to go steel some from the caffe. Then they admitted to us they haven’t read our CV’s and treat they “feel this was a better way of getting to know us rather then an interview.”
