Phone call followed by Skype interview and in-person interview. I arrived early and was escorted to an empty conference room a good 15 minutes late. The fact that they were late in seeing me was not even recognized. After the interview began, it felt like the interviewers were trying to argue with me or get me to snap. There was no "get to know you" type of conversation. My mind was made up halfway into the interview that I would not want to work for this organization if was going to be treated as they did during the interview. The receptionist seemed very nice though. I spoke with her for quite a while before my interview.
